Nestled just steps from our kitchen, The Boathouse Garden is a peaceful, productive corner of our grounds where nature and creativity come together. Lovingly cultivated by our team, this garden is a source of inspiration and a key part of our commitment to freshness and sustainability.
Throughout the seasons, we grow a variety of herbs, edible flowers, and vegetables that find their way into many of our dishes. From fragrant rosemary and thyme to delicate nasturtiums and vibrant courgette flowers, everything is picked at its peak and used to bring colour, flavour, and a touch of the garden to your plate.
Whether it’s a sprig of mint in a cocktail, a garnish of microgreens, or a handful of just-picked rocket in a salad, The Boathouse Kitchen Garden allows us to serve food that’s not only fresh, but also deeply connected to the place it’s made. It’s our way of bringing the garden to the table—naturally, beautifully, and deliciously.
